Photographers who have passed a rigorous three-part test can earn the Professional Photographers of America Certification.  You must pass a comprehensive written examination measuring your technical expertise, submit images for critical review and submit references.  Moreover, all PPA Certified Photographers must participate in the continuing education program of PPA, and re-certify every 5 years.

 Out of 100+ photographers in the state, there are only 10 Certified professional photographers in the state of Delaware.  There are fewer than 2,500 world wide.

     This ensures that all those holding the PPA Certification, are committed to maintaining their level of expertise and to continue developing new skills and techniques.
